New Cleaning and Restoration Project Manager, Bill Peacock

Meet Bill Peacock, our newest employee at Escarosa Cleaning and Restoration! With over 30 years’ experience in the carpet industry and extensive experience managing and working in small businesses, we are excited to introduce Bill as the newest member of our team.

What is your position at Escarosa Cleaning and Restoration?

I am the Project Manager.

Do you have any previous small business experience?

Yes, I do! I owned and operated Milton Carpet Center for 20 years and managed Carpet One in Crestview, FL for the last three-and-a-half years.

Do you have any specific experience in cleaning and/or restoration?

I owned and operated a carpet cleaning company, Carpet Master Cleaning Service, for three years and have 10 years of experience installing flooring. I also received my Florida contractor’s license, which allowed me to work on remodeling and building houses.

How does it feel to be joining your son’s company?

When Ryan was younger, I would take him on installing jobs in the hopes that he would show interest in what I was doing. However, my profession didn’t hold his interest very well. Since then, I’m glad he’s found something he is passionate about. It is very humbling that the roles are now reversed, and I am working with him! I look forward to seeing what we can do together to strengthen his company and encourage future growth.

What are your hobbies?

I enjoy going camping in my spare time. Personally, I find a peaceful serenity in being outdoors and spending time in nature. Spending time with my wife, Marilynn, my three kids and six grandkids is another enjoyment of mine.
