Tile & Grout / Natural Stone
Tile floors are a very popular option in Florida. But cleaning it, particularly the grout between the tiles, can be a real nuisance.
Those lines of grout are porous and have no protection from dirt, spills and whatever else may fall onto your floor. Over time, those original bright white lines become darker. And it’s not just an eyesore, the grime between your tiles can be a breeding area for bacteria.
Every homeowner with tile floors wants their tile and grout to look as good as they did the day they were installed. And nobody would blame you for not wanting to get down on your hands and knees to get the job done on your own.
Our Cleaning Process
We apply an alkaline detergent to the tile and grout lines that break up and loosen dirt and grime. We also agitate the problem areas with a grout brush. After the solution has had enough time to penetrate into the grout lines, we use a high pressure self-contained cleaning system using temperatures of up to 250 degrees.
Once your grout lines are clean and dry, we recommend sealing them. Using a penetrating sealer that fills in the pores, a protective barrier is created against future spills and soil. Properly sealing grout lines also makes them easier to clean.
